Shipping policy
We are currently shipping orders to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, UK, and many other countries. If your items don’t checkout with your country, please contact us at pointepuffs@gmail.com and we’ll try to set it up for you.
International orders may be subjected to additional local duties, import taxes and/or courier fees upon delivery. We do not collect these charges at checkout. Customers must take full responsibility for any duties, taxes and/or courier fees their country might impose on them. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or process returns or refunds due to customers' disapproval of purchased products or local duties, taxes and/or courier fees imposed on their packages. Please shop at your own risk.
Shipping and Delivery- please understand that we do not offer refunds for packages that have been marked “Delivered” through postal tracking. If your package is lost, you must contact your local post office immediately with your tracking number. We will help you resolve the missing package in any way we can.
