I bought these to use in my Irish dance hard-shoes to help with toe-block stands/pointe work, and wow, these puffs make a great difference! I'm finding it so much easier to keep my balance using these, since my weight feels more effortlessly distributed across the whole base of the foot. I love them and would highly recommend! (Note on sizing: my foot is exactly 3.75 inches wide, which the size guide says is at the boundary between Medium and Large. I chose Medium, and it fits nicely.)

I use the Pointe Puff minis to fill in the negative space in my shoes. They have been a lifesaver in helping me offload pressure from my big toes.

I tried Pointe Puffs as an alternative to Perfect Pointe. I liked that I could use them in any shoe as I am still searching for shoes that will work for my feet. I wrap a ped or a the foot of an old pair of tights around them so I can use them since my toes are always polished. I've also used them naked and haven't had an issue, but that's just been me. I have both styles- light and full- and enjoy using both. I originally ordered the medium based on the recommended sizing and they were OK. Through pointe shoe fittings, I learned that I have very shallow feet and have sized down to a small and they work really well. Also- the company provides fabulous customer service; they noticed that I was ordering a different size and reached out to confirm. The order comes wrapped like a little gift- it's always exciting when it comes in the mail. Love the product and love the company even more.

I love this tote so much. i use it almost every day, and it holds up great. i was scared of it stretching out but so far it’s stayed the same. it’s very durable and holds so much, especially for how small it looks.
